» Our company is not responsible if you incur a loss of exchange rate due to your bank during refunds of your credit card payments.

» Our services may be canceled without notice due to weather conditions, road obstacles, strikes, terrorism, possibility of war, unforeseen technical issues, etc. In this case, to benefit from our services;

  • You can request a full refund.
  • You can re-book our service with the same feature for a different date (subject to availability).

» If you cancel your reservations voluntarily, cancellation fees vary depending on the period of voluntary cancellation.

A full refund will be given up to 48 hours.
30% deduction is made for up to 24 hours.
No refunds will be made for stays of less than 12 hours.
For cancellations of your special events up to at least 7 days, a refund will be made. For cancellations with less than 7 days left, the service fee will be refunded until the last 48 hours, by deducting the organization costs.

» Refunds for cancellations are made in the same way as your payment type and payment currency.

» If we are prevented from providing a part of our services or if there is any disruption in the performance of any part of the service, we are not obliged to pay compensation due to extraordinary and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, even if all necessary care has been taken. » From our services: In balloon tours, children aged 0-6 are not allowed to participate in the flight. Children under the age of 16 are under the responsibility of an adult. You must be at least 1.4 meters tall and be able to move around. Passengers over 120 kg will be charged an additional fee. Passengers over the 6th week of pregnancy cannot join the flight. Due to their structure, balloon baskets are not suitable for disabled passengers.

» If a suspicious situation is noticed, physical searches may be carried out by our team for security and safety purposes.

» The following items are not allowed in all of our services;

  • Large suitcases and bags.
  • Weapons, flammable materials and explosive materials.
  • Sharp objects
  • Chemicals

» Products that smell, leak, have flammable or explosive properties, or allow environmental diseases, as well as cutting, delicious, military weapons and technological services that come with all kinds of animals cannot participate. This employee has no right to compensation or service exchange.
